A result-driven IT Product and Services Management expert with over 8 years of experience in supporting businesses in the growth cycle by developing strategies that ensure product and service improvement, including its design, testing and implementation.

Kicking off my career as a Product Specialist for a software development company, I had the opportunity to collaborate with teams to co-develop the go-to strategy for marketing, as well as the UX roadmap for a custom-built EHR system currently used by over 10,000 health workers across West Africa. This experience helped to shape my ability to think outside the box and to build resilience in the corporate world.

One unique thing about me is my proven ability to strengthen link(s) between an organization's IT and non-IT stakeholders through effective communication. A dedicated team player, and a Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP).
